Get better.” We have an opening for a Physician/Medical Provider who provides healthcare services to patients in a clinical setting, ensuring patients are treated with high standards of care.Physicians in this role must live in South Georgia, or have an interest in relocating to Georgia.Employees in this role ensure a high quality and consistent approach to patient care. Individuals in this role need to be detail-oriented, have strong interpersonal skills, be competent in medical best practices, and maintain a high level of confidentiality.Company Perks and Benefits:On-the-job TrainingEmployee flat-rate medical services at CRH-affiliated clinicsFlexible Work SchedulesGenerous PTO PlanEmployee Assistance ProgramComplimentary Financial PlanningCollaborative Work EnvironmentAnnual Merit IncreasesVolume Incentive ProgramPrimary ResponsibilitiesMain role is provider life cycle management with status tracking monthly.Tracks completion of DOT, DEA, Care Learning, ACLS/BLS and Provider Work Queues.Tracks physicians on regional physician completion of mid-level chart reviews as well as theirs.Supervise all providers in all regions.Monthly 1-on-1 with CMO to review scorecard and checklist.Monthly travel to one region.Backfill other RMD as needed.Work with Sr. DCS’s in region.Regular meetings with Sr. DCS’s in region to review provider scorecard and checklist.Coach/assist with provider discipline.Coordinate with CMO and VP of Clinical Services on provider issues.Serves on the Provider Credentialing Committee.Distribute Welcome Letter for each new provider after hire.Develop Provider Resignation Policy.Serves on the Peer Review Committee.Tracks all peer reviews via dashboard.Monthly meeting to review all peer reviews with Sr. DCS, VPCS, and CMO to ensure complete follow up and closure.Provides input to Sr. DCS with organizing and delivering monthly New Provider Orientation (all regions).Works with Sr. DCS with organizing and delivering New Provider Training Courses (all regions).Assist Sr. DCS with organizing Provider Retention Award Delivery.Conducts exit interviews for all physicians in region.Special project capacity.Categorical DescriptionOnboarding:

Responsible to ensure a smooth and thorough onboarding process for all medical doctors.Job Training:

Overseeing regional providers in conjunction with DCS with PV/EMR training with newly hired providers.Recruitment:

Responsible to support recruiting process of high-quality candidates to fill provider vacancies.Interviewing:

Final interview of midlevel / MD candidates.Quality Leadership Training:

Ensure training is kept up to date and complete for all providers.Information Sharing:

Support the CMO in managing processes and ensuring compliance.Chart Review:

Oversees medical leadership as they conduct audits of charts for new physicians.Quality Control:

Ensure that all clinical concerns or issues are being followed up.Provider Management:

Supervise the providers in your region.Supervision:

Oversee all physicians and the DCSs in your region.Patient Issues:

Address patient complaints related to providers.Administrative:

Participate in team meetings and serve as general resource to region’s administrative leaders.Clinic Ownership:
