Your Next OpportunityOur IT Customer Success Manager is responsible for creating a standard of success metrics, developing a plan to increase those metrics over time, while also maintaining department employee retention, managing risk, and ensuring management is satisfied with our service in general. You will be building long-lasting relationships and may need to act as a moderator at times to ensure everyone’s successful at Rosendin.

What You’ll DoThis role requires extensive experience in lean / agile / SCRUM management methodologies.Experience with software development / implementation lifecycle.Excellent verbal and written communication skills is required – will be interacting regularly with mid-senior level executives.Organization is key, ability to schedule meetings, create effective agendas that lead to actionable decisions is imperative.Experience with analytics tools and ability to show ROI and value adds to C-level execs. Must be able to track & analyze your own success metrics.The duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position. This is not a complete listing and other duties will be assigned based on the position’s role within the business unit.

What You’ll Need To Be SuccessfulProficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Oracle preferred.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary.Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude.Effective oral and written communication skills as required for the position.Ability to be self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player.Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others.

What You Bring To UsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Construction Management, Engineering or related field.Engineering, Industrial, Healthcare, Military or Construction Project/Program Management experience is preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, Project Management or applicable field required, ideally with an emphasis on Customer Success Management, SCRUM, Lean (or similar) experience is preferred.Can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience.

TravelUp to 10%.

Working ConditionsGeneral work environment – sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.We fully comply with the ADA and applicable state law, including considering reasonable accommodation measures that may enable qualified disabled applicants and employees to perform essential functions.Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.

Salary Range: $124,800 to $163,695.

Pay RangeThe pay range for this role is what we expect to pay for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this job description. Candidate’s pay can vary based on location, job-related experience, skills, and education.
