The Vice President, Supply Chain is an experienced e-commerce, direct-to-consumer, international, and retail operations executive who has generated significant impact through the strategic and tactical direction of large-scale distribution and order fulfillment centers, small parcel freight spend/service optimization and third-party drop-ship partners. With a strong understanding of omni-channel retail, this role will manage the Distribution, Logistics, Sales Operations and Customer Service functions of the business.The VP’s goal is to deliver an Supply Chain strategy that supports the most efficient distribution environment and empowers management and their teams to work with the highest efficiency in order delivery. This role works with leaders at all levels of the organization and manages a team of professionals who are accountable for operations and related needs. The VP, Supply Chain will participate in overall business planning and innovation and must be skilled in retail with an ability understand the organization’s operational strengths and future capabilities.This individual will work closely with business leaders to lead strategic opportunities that improve operational metrics and goals. The VP will then be responsible for ensuring the achievement of these performance targets and strategic initiatives by facilitating environments to meet operational goals at a divisional level that are consistent with the overall vision of the organization. This individual will also oversee budgets as they relate to core operations activity.Qualifications

What you'll get to do:Drive efficiency and profitability throughout the company’s operations, including the development of a multi-year roadmap for Distribution, Logistics, Fulfillment, Customer Service and Sales Ops.Develop long-range objectives and strategies for the distribution center and transportation teams, monitor performance against these objectives and provide feedback to direct reports and team members.Create and drive operational best practices, partnering closing with the planning and sales teams.Identify opportunities and lead cross-functional teams to execute business process changes that will provide our customers with the highest level of consumer experience (i.e., reduce customer inquiries from wrong items shipped, delayed/lost orders, etc.)Create standard operating procedures and best practices for performance monitoring to optimize quality and delivery time.Define information systems, technology or automation requirements to support key project initiatives.Provide leadership, support, motivate, direct and retain high-caliber staff.Strive to achieve a world-class supply chain, warehousing, and order fulfillment logistics operations.Promote “total customer satisfaction” by delivery, quality, timeliness, etc., within all Operations teams.Manage all outbound transportation processes, as well as negotiate parcel freight programs.Develop and manage annual operations budgets.Interact regularly with executive leadership team and individual department heads to ensure that company’s operational priorities are aligned with total company direction.Build and lead a high-performance team, providing coaching and development opportunities. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes excellence.Who you are:At least 15 years+ of experience, leading and developing teams across distribution, fulfillment, sales operations and customer service.Strategic retail leader with proven success contributing toprofitability by aligning the relationship between business and corporate levels.Must possess strong knowledge and prior experience with global apparel production, logistics and coordination.Ability to gather requirements from multiple stakeholders,translate them into well-defined requirements, and work with and influence across all levels of the organization.Strategic Operations leader, able to set strategy and align teams to deliver.Experience managing ERP data with internally facing systems.Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.Exceptional at relationship management, networking, negotiation, and prioritization.Exceptional team leadership, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high growth environment.Undergraduate degree in Operations or a related field.Additional Information
