We are looking for a Senior Attorney on a non-partnership track, to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience in employment law, litigation, and have a strong understanding of the California Labor Code.Education

The Senior Attorney will manage litigation, conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and handle other litigation-related tasks for both class action and single plaintiff cases. This includes matters involving alleged meal and rest period violations, failure to pay wages and/or bonuses, off-the-clock work, misclassification, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, breach of contract, and wrongful termination. Additionally, the role involves:Conducting employment due diligence and advising on employment aspects of corporate transactions.Drafting and negotiating employment, termination/severance, and related agreements.Providing counsel on reductions in force.Addressing issues related to restrictive covenants, employee mobility, compensation practices, commission plans, employee policies/training, and leave practices.Experience

Minimum of 8 years of experience in labor and employment law, encompassing litigation, transactional work, and providing legal advice.Profound knowledge of state and federal employment laws, including wage and hour laws, the California Labor Code, discrimination laws, and practice before state and federal courts and agencies.Experience defending class and collective actions, as well as PAGA claims.Ability to support complex transactions and provide ongoing counsel to diverse clients.Job Competencies & Desired Skills
