We are seeking a proactive finance leader to join the Value-Added Services (VAS) Finance team. The senior analyst will be a finance business partner (FBP) that will cultivate operational partnerships to drive strategic and financial insights and successfully complete the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting processes.Essential Functions:Leads the coordination, organization and execution of quantitative and qualitative analyses. Examples of activities include traditional budgeting and forecasting, month-end close, enhanced financial/business reporting, business case development, pricing analysis, P&L generation and business planning support.Supports deal review activities and business case development for key initiatives.Establishes and maintains relationships with a broad base of key stakeholders (i.e., executives and staff) in the business and serves as a key point of contact for finance issues.Acquires and maintains a deep understanding of the strategies, priorities and issues of the business.Applies overall analytical skills and experience to become a highly valued business partner.Identifies and implements changes that improve efficiency and effectiveness of operational decision making.Demonstrates well-developed strategic, analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.Is team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible, with excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities.Operates with minimal supervision and is able to make informed, well-reasoned decisions independently.This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.QualificationsBasic Qualifications:5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD.Preferred Qualifications:4-6 years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD in finance, engineering, accounting, mathematics, economics, statistics or related quantitative field.At least 4-5 years of relevant financial analysis work experience in FP&A or corporate finance.Advanced skills in MS Excel, Access and Hyperion, and strong skills in Powerpoint.Outstanding analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor, attention to detail and ability to structure and analyze financial modeling.Prior experience in the Payment industry a plus.Knowledge of Visa systems and practices a strong plus.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with other functional areas to understand the operational and cultural issues relevant to achieving superior results.Ability to cultivate effective relationships and communicate effectively cross-functionally and with all levels of management.Proven expertise in modeling techniques and managing large data sets.Can convert complex analyses into revealing business storylines, strong curiosity to “connect the dots” and tell the story through the financials.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with changing priorities.Ability to work in a dual-reporting matrix environment.Client-focused with tenacity to resolve issues and conflicts, works with solution-oriented mindset.Operates with minimal supervision and able to make informed, well-reasoned decisions independently using strong business judgement.Be eligible to work in United States without work authorization sponsorship now or anytime in the future.Additional InformationWork Hours:
