Vice President of Sales

will spearhead the development of new business relationships within our retail grocery and foodservice channels, while also nurturing the growing of our existing customer base. This role will involve leading the Beecher's sales team, focusing on selling and expanding our CPG grocery food line.Key Responsibilities:

Structure and lead a sales team capable of managing and growing sales for a premium portfolio of food products across multiple categories and channels.Exceed annual revenue goals, margins, and KPI’s, including incremental shelf space and ACV within new and existing retailers.Develop and execute sales strategies for grocery, C-store, club, foodservice, and online channels.Establish senior level contacts with current and potential customers. Win and manage new customers of strategic importance.Partner with leadership to develop an annual sales forecast, trade budget, and related sales plans.Review sales results and customer satisfaction measures. Take corrective actions as needed.Hire, train, grow, and inspire a high performing sales team.Partner with cross functional teams to create robust launch plans for new products.Work with the Marketing team to develop and execute promotional programs.Attend trade shows and other industry events.Primary Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.15+ years of sales experience, including a background in sales leadership in a food related consumer-packaged goods (CPG) environment.While relocation is a plus, it is not a requirement.This role requires approximately 25% of time in the Seattle office and 60% of time traveling to meet clients and partners.Strong preference for candidates with experience selling premium or specialty products.Strong strategic and data driven abilities, with an aptitude to drive concepts into actionable plans.Experience working closely with marketing and brand leadership teams to sell products across all major food/retail distribution channels.Outstanding leadership skills and business acumen.Excellent presentation and communication skills.Must be a team player, able to work closely with cross-functional teams.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Applications.Compensation:

The starting salary range for this position is between $250,000 - $275,000 per year, plus an annual bonus plan. Actual compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and relevant education or training.Employee Benefits:
