We need a low ego executer who is excited to roll up their sleeves to solve complex problems in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Your strong planning, project management, and execution skills along with your ability to build and manage complex processes will be instrumental for success in this results-oriented environment.Responsibilities:• Lead Beecher’s Supply Chain team ensuring operational excellence and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.• Build, own, and foster long-term relationships with co-manufacturers, 3PLs, and other partners, driving accountability, negotiating terms, and ensuring QA standards are upheld.• Possess strong business acumen with demonstrated understanding of the financial aspects of operations and supply chain, and what levers to pull to drive change.• Manage the supply chain including inventory control, logistics, and supplier relationships.• Refine and strengthen our forecast and inventory management process and tools. Partner with IT to source and implement new systems.• Implement cost control measures while maintaining quality and service levels.• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align operations with broader organizational goals.• Prioritize the satisfaction of our customers, ensuring on-time and in full order fulfillment. Address customer concerns and feedback quickly.• Utilize experienced negotiation skills in dealings with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders to secure favorable terms and maintain healthy business relationships.Requirements:• 8+ years’ experience in Operations management within the CPG industry, with a significant portion in a start-up environment.• Bachelor’s Degree required (Business Operations / Supply Chain a plus).• Understanding of the CPG industry, including co-manufacturing, inventory management, supply chain and logistics.• Experience working within a customer-focused, high-growth and extremely dynamic entrepreneurial company.• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.• Proficient in technology platforms and software, including Excel, inventory management systems and ERP tools.• Demonstrated skill in negotiation.• Robust understanding of perishable Inventory Management and Food Safety practices.Compensation & Benefits:At Sugar Mountain, we provide competitive compensation and benefits. The starting salary range for this position is between $130,000 - $160,000 per year, plus an annual bonus plan. Actual compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and relevant education or training. We pay 100% of your medical, dental, vision, and life insurance premiums. Additionally, we offer paid time-off, paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
