Our client is looking to bring on a
Sr. Supply Chain Operations Analyst,
where you will drive operational efficiencies across warehouse processes, managing the logistics between third-party logistics providers (3PLs), co-manufacturers, and internal teams. This role is suited to an entrepreneurial problem-solver with a background in CPG supply chain management who is ready to support the brand’s ambitious growth goals.Type:

40/weekResponsibilitiesOversee order management with 3PLs, co-manufacturers, and warehouse partners, updating teams on order status and addressing potential roadblocks.Collaborate with the Customer Supply Chain, Procurement, and international teams on orders, warehouse updates, and unique shipping requirements.Manage direct-to-consumer (DTC) operations, SKU setup, and inventory management.Analyze warehouse data to identify cost-saving solutions and inefficiencies; support teams with insights on freight and warehouse costs.Monitor minimum order quantities (MOQs) and lead times, alerting Customer Supply Chain to any issues.Oversee the sample process, coordinating with small parcel partners, managing ETAs, and providing tracking updates.Provide inventory analysis and sales recommendations based on inventory levels.Contribute to warehouse KPIs, helping to improve scores and optimize processes.Manage the ERP system (NetSuite), including data audits, EDI updates, and month-end inventory tasks.Recipe For Success3+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a preference for fulfillment and inventory experience.Familiarity with NetSuite and advanced MS Excel skills.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.An entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset with a high degree of problem-solving capability.Leadership skills with a collaborative approach, able to make decisions autonomously while ensuring team alignment.Strong attention to detail and time management skills.Ability to conduct thorough processes under time constraints and travel as needed to visit warehouses.If interested please apply with most updated resume!
