About The Role
The Sr. Supply Chain Operations Analyst will manage order management with third-party logistics (3PLs) and warehouse partners.This role involves working cross-functionally with various teams to provide updates on orders and potential roadblocks.The analyst will help manage direct-to-consumer (DTC) operations, including SKU setup and inventory management.Analyzing warehouse data to provide cost-saving solutions will be a key responsibility.The role includes reporting on daily warehouse inventory KPIs and educating teams on freight and warehouse costs.The analyst will own the sample process, including creating labels and communicating tracking information.Contributing to warehouse KPIs and identifying inefficiencies will be part of the job.The candidate will assist in managing the ERP system, including auditing data and building reports for cross-functional teams.Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in supply chain, fulfillment, and inventory management.A strong background in consumer packaged goods (CPG) is essential for success in this role.The candidate should possess advanced analytical skills and be proficient in MS Excel.An entrepreneurial mindset and a self-starting attitude are crucial for navigating a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining focus on details is important.Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is preferred.The candidate should be comfortable with a work schedule that may not always be highly structured.
