Your efforts will enable the team to analyze or report on business performance, solve business questions, or inform business decisions. Work may include developing models or prototypes to achieve these goals, but is not the core focus in the role.THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEResponsibilitiesThe Sr. Financial Analyst role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:Validate quarterly regulatory capital reporting and submit to regulatory agencies.Develop and consolidate assumptions and scenarios to perform baseline capital forecasting, DFAST and MST stress testing, key assumption sensitivities, and other analytics and reporting as necessary.Analyze corporate strategic plans, and assess capital and PL implications.Develop and implement metrics and methodologies for capital adequacy, allocation, and optimization strategies.Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking.QualificationsTHE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAMMinimum Required Experiences2 yearsDesired ExperiencesBachelor degree or equivalentSkillsSkilled in the graphical representation of information in the form of charts, diagrams, pictures, and dashboards with programs and tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal.Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions.Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.Programming including coding, debugging, and using relevant programming languages.Experience in the process of analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the data.Business Insight including advising, designing business models, interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, benchmarking, etc.ToolsSkilled in SAS, Python, and/or R.Skilled in SQL.Skilled in Excel.Experience in Tableau a plus.Additional InformationThe future is what you make it to be.
