Here, you will grow your career and help create access to fair, affordable housing finance.The Senior Associate will support the Structured Asset Management team in managing risk on Credit Facilities and Bulk Deliveries. They will review and resolve Borrower Requests submitted from our Lender Partners and utilize the Multifamily Selling and Servicing Guide as a tool for analysis to make recommendations or conclusions.The Senior Associate will interact with internal and external stakeholders to gather research and provide information. They will use various systems where the loan data is maintained (MSFMS, DUS360, etc.), platforms for Borrower Requests (MAMP), and Acquisitions (DUS Gateway), as well as Fannie Mae MBS Securities (DUS Disclose) and the Delegation of Authority matrix that governs our procedures.The Senior Associate will assist in the management of a portfolio of Structured Facilities by analyzing risk, reviewing criticized loans, assigning loan risk ratings, managing maturing loans, identifying fraud, and designing and running reports for the business and senior management.The
