role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:Assist in driving systems solutions for monitoring of Lender Operational RiskDocument and report on processing or analyzing large amounts of data efficiently using general knowledge of systems.Contribute to operational risk analysis, which may include consuming large amounts of data and creation of reporting.Assist with translating the results from data analysis for the business into understandable conclusions.Assist developers and business architects to translate business requirements into technology requirements.Willingness and capability to learn about operational risk in the multifamily business to facilitate use of systems.Monitor and identify risks to a group or the organization.Coordinate risk activities across groups.Analyze risks and collaborate with team to develop solutions.Partner with teams and business groups on risk mitigation strategies.Implement plans or decisions to avoid risks or mitigate their impact.THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAMMinimum Required Experiences2 yearsSkillsGeneral understanding of programming including coding, debugging, and using relevant programming languagesWorking with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goalExperience with the housing market; Multifamily knowledge is a plusExperience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questionsAdept at managing project plans, resources, and interacting with people to ensure successful project completionAbility to solution ideas from analyzing the inputs, outputs, and processExperience in the process of analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the dataPartake in meetings and be able to absorb information and take ownership of completing next steps that arise from conversationsIdentify and raise issues as they ariseToolsSkilled in SQLSkilled in TableauSkilled in ExcelExperience using APIs for developing or programming softwareSkilled in Python object-oriented programmingThe future is what you make it to be.
