The Nasdaq Governance Solutions Growth Customer Success Manager (NGS GCSM) is responsible for relationship and account management, and customer retention for all assigned clients within their portfolio. The NGS GCSM builds relationships with their clients that allow them to understand each client’s individual needs and workflow, ensure NGS services are fully utilized, and identify areas of risk as well as opportunities for expansion. He/she must balance retention responsibilities with meeting upsell quota. You must have experience working with senior levels of management and executives. Your capacity to partner with Product, Onboarding, Customer Support and Sales Operations teams among others will promote your success and ability to manage your assigned accounts strategically and holistically.

This role also requires you to serve clients through product training and support. A background working with SaaS B2B solutions will help your profile stand out from the rest.

The ideal candidate has most if not all the following skills and experience:

Excellent client engagement skills, including the ability to build and manage relationships with senior and C-suite executives2-3 years’ experience managing a book of business with retention and sales quotasProficient in sales forecasting and pipeline managementReviews and analyses account intelligence including top accounts, clients at risk, and usage reports to prioritize daily activitiesStrong communications & presentation skillsAbility to switch hats often but focus on the responsibility at handStrong analytical, organizational & prioritization skillsAble to keep composure and make decisions in stressful situationsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude and deep customer service orientation

And it would be great if you have a:

General understanding of the Corporate Governance business and what makes it important to companies5 years’ work experience in a corporate environmentBS/BA is required

The base pay range for this role is $59,400 - $99,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
