Responsibilities :

Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual income statements and business performance (i.e. Sales, and Expense Analysis)Actively manage long term financial planning and analysis including budgeting, forecasting, resource management and multi-year financial plans, working closely with functional leaders across the company.Allocate annual budget and manage usage of budget monthly.Prepare various reports, cash flow budgets, forecasts, etc.Develop, maintain, and utilize the appropriate financial systems, tools, processes, and resources required to support all the financial planning, management and reporting needs of the business.Contribute to the development of strategic financial goals and objectivesConduct industry analysis, research business trends, manage revenue dashboards, and create and track KPIs.Support in other projects, as necessary.

Experience & Skills:

BA/BS in related field3+ years experience in Finance & PlanningStrong analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills and the ability to be adaptable in a growing organizationExceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicateBilingual in Korean, highly preferred
