A Customer Master Data Management expert capable of standardizing and continuously optimizing the customer master landscape within Mobility Aftermarket (MA) worldwide.Creation of business master data concepts in alignment with operational departments, Process Owners, and central Robert Bosch governance functions to ensure the fit for MA.Conducting FIT/GAP analyses and driving data clean-up activities as preparation for IT projects. In alignment with IT departments, you will implement concepts within IT projects like S/4 HANA, perform end-to-end testing, and conduct Key User training.Increasing master data quality and driving digitalization projects. Lead customer master digitalization projects and introduce master data KPIs supported by automated analytics solutions with a focus on fast and scalable solutions.Support and educate peers in data modeling and rule-based master data management. You will consult Key Users and provide 3rd Level support.Qualifications
Education: Completed university studies (master's degree/diploma/PhD) in business, economics, computer science, or a comparable subject.Experience and Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Customer Master Management, Process Knowledge ideally in O2C and/or R2S, SAP R/3 and S/4 MDM, Athena Stibo-Step, Project Management Skills, Data and Information Modeling Skills, Agile Principles. Preferred: Data Analytics Skills.Personality and Working Practice: Dynamic, independent, solution-oriented, team player, reliable way of working.Languages: English business fluent in written and spoken.Additional Information
5+ years experience in SAP SD + Customer Master Data Management.
