The Pittsburgh office of Fisher Phillips seeks to hire an associate with 4-6 years of employment litigation experience.Qualified candidates will have experience with litigation matters from start to finish, such as:Drafting and responding to pleadingsManaging discoveryDrafting and arguing motionsTaking and defending depositionsParticipating in mediations and trialsThe ideal candidate will also have collective bargaining and contract administration experience, including grievance arbitration experience. Traditional labor law experience is preferred, but not required.In addition to a busy litigation docket, you will work with and counsel clients on various day-to-day employment law challenges, including:Drafting/revising handbooksManager trainingSimilar activitiesWe know what factors are needed to provide excellent client service to our internal and external clients.
