Plant ControllerOur client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Plant Controller to lead the financial governance over all site operations. This role involves working across Accounting, Finance, Internal Controls, and Operations to ensure financial performance, compliance, and operational excellence. The position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.Responsibilities:Champion a culture and environment where workplace safety is of highest priority.Act as the primary Finance partner with Corporate Controlling and Internal Audit to ensure internal controls are properly designed, deployed, and operating effectively at the site.Monitor the continued execution of internal controls at the site on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.Proactively monitor the internal control environment to identify potential risks and address them proactively with management.Partner with Corporate FP&A and Site GM to lead the planning and budgeting process for all site operations.Establish and monitor site-level financial and operational KPIs, and develop insights to help site leadership drive financial performance and operational excellence.Perform ad hoc analysis to support financial and operational problem-solving.Develop and maintain a site-specific Integrated Inventory Management operating model with the Materials, Supply Chain, and Finance Operations team.Ensure proper physical and transactional controls are in place with the Warehouse team to maintain inventory accuracy.Understand key P&L drivers and proactively manage monthly and quarterly P&L goals with site leadership.Collaborate with Site GM, Commercial team, and Corporate FP&A to optimize plant operations and supply chain performance.Champion the OneUCT culture across functions and teams.Implement and operate cross-functional initiatives with Global Supply Chain, Account Operations, and Plant Operations.Identify and implement best practices across multiple global sites.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.8+ years of experience in finance or accounting in a manufacturing setting.Experience leading and executing finance, accounting, and financial reporting.Knowledge of costing principles and ability to drive financial efficiencies in operations and supply chain.Experience implementing operational and financial KPIs in a manufacturing and supply chain environment.Ability to lead and influence cross-functional and leadership levels.
