This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of cybersecurity projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, cybersecurity, leadership, and driving results in complex environments.What You Can ExpectCollaborate with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, IT teams, and business units, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to cyber security projects and implement strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.Develop and implement metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of cyber security initiatives.Monitor project performance and progress and provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.Drive a culture of accountability and excellence within the cyber security program team and foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.What We're Looking ForProven experience (10+ years) in project/program management, with a focus on cyber security initiatives and projects.Highly organized and focused on delivering risk reduction.Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.PMP, SAFe, DAC, CISSP, CISM, or similar certifications are highly desirable.Understanding of cyber security principles, technologies, and frameworks (e.g., NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001).Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving results in complex environments.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or related field; Master's degree preferred.Expected Base Pay Range (USD)120,240 - 180,100, $ per annumThe successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.Additional Compensation and Benefit ElementsAt Marvell, we offer a total compensation package with a base, bonus, and equity.
