The team is the bridge from Marvell's Supply Chain Planning teams in Operations to the Information Technology (IT) teams.What You Can ExpectKey Responsibilities:Strategic Planning and Execution:Participate in the development and delivery of the supply chain planning ecosystem roadmapProvide analytical support for strategic initiatives, including cost reduction, process optimization, and risk managementMonitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvementBusiness Intelligence and Analytics:Drive the development and implementation of advanced analytics and reporting capabilities including specifying the required data infrastructure to support supply chain operationsAnalyze information to provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimizing supply chain performance to senior leadership and stakeholdersCollaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards and reports for monitoring and decision-makingBusiness System Delivery:Oversee the implementation, integration, and enhancements of supply chain systems and processesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions to support supply planning, execution, optimization, and risk mitigationLead initiatives to improve data accuracy and governance processesWhat We're Looking ForThe Director of Supply Chain Analytics is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing and guiding the Supply Chain Business System Analysts, Master Data Management, and Business Intelligence Analysts responsibilities. This role is pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making activities and optimizing end-to-end supply chain planning processes. The Director will leverage their expertise in supply chain planning with their analytics to enhance performance, streamline processes, and support the overall strategic goals of the organization.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferredMinimum of 8-10 years of experience in supply chain planning, business intelligence, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership roleExperience delivering Advanced Planning and optimization solutionsStrong knowledge of semiconductor supply chain processes, systems, and best practicesProficiency in data analytics tools and software (e.g., SQL, DAX, Power BI, Snowflake)Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsProven ability to drive change, manage complex projects, and deliver resultsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindsetExpected Base Pay Range (USD)147,830 - 221,400, $ per annumThe successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.Additional Compensation and Benefit ElementsAt Marvell, we offer a total compensation package with a base, bonus and equity.
