A crucial part of OI’s journey is the investment in new digital tools including a new ERP. With a modern, common platform, OI will unlock the benefits of its scale, deliver a better customer experience, and build a foundation for continuous process improvement.The Digital Enterprise Deployment Manager has accountability for the implementation and deployment of ERP, as well as all other enterprise-wide application implementations, user training, hypercare support and hand over to application support. They will work with Director of Deployment, OCM, and other business leaders to ensure system adoption as we migrate off legacy platforms.Job Duties and Responsibilities

Own the overall implementation and deployment of enterprise digital assets

Manage multiple deployment team members to deliver projects across business areasUnderstand the OI’s business culture, challenges, and opportunities, to be successful in gaining user adoptionSuccessfully meet timelines for migrating off legacy platformsBuild a high performing teamManage workload and morale of team

Own the system validation results and user training

Assist in identifying testers and training themTrack and manage user validation testing (UVT) approvalReview and accept/reject test resultsOversee delivery of training to end users and acceptance criteria

Be a visible advocate for organizational change & sustainability

Assist organizational change management (OCM) team in identifying change agents and trainers in their process areasAdvise data & analytics team on adoption metrics and management reportsSupport design & implementation of steady-state governance and change management model

Own Go-live and Hypercare

Partner with MDM & cutover team to ensure successful data load for go-liveManage on-site support during hypercareSuccessfully exit hypercare and handover system to application supportTransition training to L&D team

Required Skills and Education7+ years of experience working in various business processes in a manufacturing industry5+ years of managing teamsExperience leading complex projects that affect multiple functionsAbility to manage multiple priorities at one timeHands-on experience in SAP or with part of another ERP implementation teamProcess improvement knowledge gained while working in an organization undergoing a significant operational culture shift

Creation and improvement of processes that demonstrate ease of doing business internally and externallyDevelopment and implementation of process adherence and data quality adoption metrics

Strong interpersonal and organizational influencing skills

Ability to communicate in a simple, articulate, thoughtful manner to varying audience levelsInnovative spirit to work cross-functionally in developing improvement ideasA pleasant, likeable manner while accomplishing challenging results
