We want you to thrive - to feel safe, supported, valued, and growing to your highest potential!This role is eligible for our hybrid work model: Two days in-office.Why this job's a big deal:The Senior HCM and Process Analyst is responsible for supporting Priceline's Workday tenant for our global employee population and embedding effective HR processes. This position ensures we optimize design and configuration to deliver brilliant execution of people processes. This position is the 'go to' expert for Workday configuration and HR processes, and is looking after efficiencies and opportunities to simplify the HR operations work.In this role you will get to:Support Workday configuration for Global HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Absence, Performance Management and Talent modules.

Provide issue resolution to Workday configuration, business processes and reporting ensuring the existing architecture and security is not compromised.

Support the team on various projects related to new or updated Workday configuration including but not limited to design, configure, test and implement Workday solutions in testing tenant environments as well as production environments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, conduct testing, and ensure successful release and user adoption while adhering to project schedules.

Recommend improvement opportunities and continuously innovate across the Workday platform and other HRIS systems.

Serve as a technical point-of-contact assisting process owners with ensuring data integrity and testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.

Support system upgrades, patches and testing.

Ensure HR Internal controls and Data security are incorporated in End-to-End processes.

Drive the embedding of the HR service delivery model by leveraging processes and technology to enable a self-serve culture into the organization and driving a better employee experience.

Continuously improve Business As Usual (BAU) processes and people data to drive efficiencies.

Who you are:BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent work experience.

5-8 years of experience working with HR E2E processes and HRIS.

3-5 years of experience working with Workday HCM configuration or implementation. Other experience in report writing, calculated fields or security is a plus.

HCM Workday certifications preferred.

Ability to develop and communicate technical ideas and solutions to non-technical end-users on HR systems-related questions, tasks, projects and reports.

Excellent research, analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills with attention to detail.

An independent, curious and proactive nature.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.The salary range for this position is $100,000-$125,000.#LI-MH1#LI-HybridApply Now
