Mustang Cat - Houston, 12800 Northwest Freeway, Houston, Texas, United States of AmericaSales & Program AnalystBenefits:Tuition ReimbursementVast Growth OpportunitiesJob StabilityFull-Time Benefits to Include: Medical, Dental, VisionResponsibilities:Weekly claim Parts Merchandising claims to Cat using Product Support Commercial System (PSCS)Upon request by the sales team, calculate the gross profit for parts on any program to determine eligible discount allowableUpdate discount range for every program by customer Parts Class Discount typeDetermine customer eligibility for each programAudit programs monthly with a specific review of profitability and correct program useEnsure DBS and PSCS are aligned with discount informationMaintain relationships with Cat program representatives and Mustang Sales teamsWeekly report on claims to determine which have been approved and rejectedDetermine the root cause of any program rejectionsMaintain a claim acceptance rate of greater than 95%Audit accounting general ledgers to ensure claim dollars are posted to the correct accountTeach product support teams on all available claimsCommunicate market/profitability trends to CatMinimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or other related field or 5 years of data-related experienceMinimum of 2 years’ industry-related experienceExcellent computer skills and experience with all Microsoft Office ApplicationsExhibit professional verbal and written communication skillsSelf-motivated and organizedMustang Cat is a licensed Caterpillar dealer that provides new and used construction equipment, machinery, power systems, rentals, servicing, and more.
