Mustang Rental - Northwest Houston, 5410 Burr Oak Dr., Houston, Texas, United States of AmericaReq #1275Wednesday, July 24, 2024Rental Sales & Marketing Analyst Benefits:Great Work-Life BalanceOn-Premise ClinicTuition ReimbursementVast Growth OpportunitiesJob StabilityFull-Time Benefits to Include: Medical, Dental, Vision401(k) Employer MatchPaid Vacation, Sick Time, HolidaysThe goal of this position is to establish and maintain Sales and Marketing initiatives for Mustang Rental Services by conducting data analysis to identify sales trends and opportunities to increase growth, profitability, and effectiveness.Rental Sales & Marketing Analyst Responsibilities include:Salesforce - utilize resources and work closely with sales team to increase market share and profitabilityManage and process data, maintain system functions, implement and maintain new projectsIrents System - improve, develop and manage system process to ensure maximum efficiencyConduct all administrative functions, ensure system functions are being used to their full capabilitiesCat Rental Store App - all administrative responsibilities, onboard new customers, conduct training for sales reps, work with Cat on updates and new product roll outsMarketing - act as liaison between MRS and Marketing department to increase rental's marketing presenceOperational Excellence Program - ensure Mustang Rental maintains 'Gold Status' year over year in all areas of operational excellenceFacilitate reporting efforts to CaterpillarRental Sales & Marketing Analyst Position Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Marketing or other related fieldDemonstrated problem solving and analytical abilitiesDevelop and write SQL queries to and from DBSStrong sense of urgency and empathyOrganized and detail orientedAbility to communicate in a professional manner across all levels of the organizationProficient in all Microsoft Office applications and experience using database systemsWork will be in a high-pressure environmentProfessional etiquette and strong presentation skillsMustang Cat is a licensed Caterpillar dealer that provides new and used construction equipment, machinery, power systems, rentals, servicing, and more.
