Who They AreWe’re working with a 54 year-old stone veneer manufacturer who has retained us to find an Operations Director at their flagship facility in Castle Rock, CO. They were purchased by a PE firm in January 2023 and are pouring resources into scaling their production output through new product development and machine automated processes. This position comes with a strong base salary, a competitive bonus plan, and an equity plan with a tremendous upside.
