Job Responsibilities
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in dealer management.
People-oriented with customers and employees.
Generating high volume/gross.
Excellent CSI history.
Determine monthly and yearly forecasts in terms of unit sales, gross profit objectives, and departmental profits.
Work with departments to achieve specific goals and objectives.
Create a positive culture for the team and foster a “team” atmosphere focusing on employee retention.
