Duties:
Deposit checks in bank issued check scanners to deposit.
Post checks in CCC1 to correct RO with proper attachments.
Access insurance partners portals to download and post payments into CCC1 on the correct RO.
Download reports from credit card merchants to make deposits in Netsuite.
Notify inconsistencies to Credit Manager or Director of Collections for proper disposition.
Use bank downloads to reconcile deposit accounts on a daily basis and notify manager of any issues.
Requires:
H.S. diploma and 2 years experience in job offered or 2 years experience as Accounting Analyst or Specialist.
