Commercial Maintenance HVAC Sales Consultant
to join our team. You will be selling commercial HVAC maintenance services. This role focuses on relationship building and offering the best solutions for our commercial customer's heating and cooling service needs. Primary Job Function:
Present the company to potential commercial customers and qualify opportunities, thereby obtaining competitive and profitable commercial service agreement sales. Accountable for all sales activities and customer relationships between the company and commercial clients.
Work Hours:
40 hours a week, which may include Saturday appointments.
Pay:
Base plus commission. Six-figure earning potential!

Required Qualifications:
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
2+ years of B2B sales experience
HVAC background preferred

Excellent communication skills
Great listening skills
Computer proficiency including MS Outlook, Word, Excel
Positive attitude
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
