This position will assist the Boston Leadership Team with meeting and travel arrangements, expense reports, material preparation, and distribution.Main ResponsibilitiesManage complex schedules and calendars.Schedule travel arrangements - domestic and international.Organize and submit expense reports.Schedule conference and video calls.Scheduling and maintaining conference rooms for meetings.Submit vendors invoices.Order office snacks and supplies.Coordinate internal/external lunch meetings.Keep contact information in Outlook updated.Type correspondence/memos, proofread documents, assemble reports and presentations.Update client information in JLL's internal database.Participate in key projects.Must be able to work overtime on short notice.Other duties assigned.Experience Required1-3 years’ experience supporting C-Level Executives.Strong communication skills written and verbal with excellent spelling and organizational skills.Must be detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in an extremely fast-paced environment.Ability to be an independent worker with a team player attitude.Ability to work to meet tight deadlines is critical.Previous related experience in the financial or real estate services industries a plus.Must be a self-starter and work without day to day supervision.EducationBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.Computer SkillsIntermediate working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Office 2010 version or higher).EnvironmentOffice – work with computers, copiers, and scanners.Please note this is a site-based role.Location:
