Description:
Supports scientific and technical analysis for ServiceNow development for: Air Systems; Integrated Air Defense Systems (IADS); Air Ordinance and Cruise Missiles; Air and Missile Defense Surveillance Systems.
Supports analysis of associated Cyberspace capabilities, dependencies, and vulnerabilities.
Has professional experience supporting ServiceNow configuration and development, requirements analysis, process execution and evaluation, and integration with other applications
Enhance ServiceNow to incorporate forms, flows, workflows, tables, macros, user interfaces, and other constructs that provide an end-to-end workflow solution related to customers mission execution
Advise on best implementation of new features and configurations within ServiceNow based on provided workflow descriptions, web portal parameters, designs and background automation
Work as part of an agile software team with a mix of government and contractor personnel to gather and define requirements and build solution sets
Analyzes and studies customer requirements to determine the most effective use of ServiceNow to satisfy their needs
Provide associated documentation that captures the description of the software developed as well as testing requirements and results
Develop both server-side and client-side java, java script, xml, and xmlst scripts
Designs, creates, tests, and maintains ServiceNow suites and modules to satisfy customer requirements and mission needs
Advise on integration of new emerging industry technologies for the customer’s ServiceNow environments
Follows a formal design process using formal specifications, data flow diagrams, other accepted design techniques and also adheres to laws, standards, and established guidelines for development and delivery of ServiceNow capabilities
Develops software using common commercially accepted programming languages (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, etc.) and data models (XML, JSON, CSV, etc.) as required
Has background administering ServiceNow instances including user creation, interfaces to AD, group creation and maintenance, group permissions, access control lists, global platform settings, notifications, and resource usage
Configures ServiceNow to provide visually-pleasing, content rich, user-friendly interfaces with intuitive navigation
Assists with developing and maintaining technical documentation to support maintenance and upgrades
Provides software process management and configuration management throughout the ServiceNow development lifecycle
Performs custom development and 3rd party integrations as required
Maintains functioning user-accessible software.
Supports ServiceNow planning and deployment.
Required Certifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
ServiceNow Developer
Experience/Education:
Has implemented at least one ServiceNow module and has a minimum of one year of experience with ServiceNow.
Degree and Years of Experience Criteria
