We are driven by our mission and guided by our values: playful, curious and inclusive.The roleThe Senior Account Executive's main responsibility is to drive revenue through a mix of outbound sales as well as expanding a portfolio of existing clients across a targeted industry. The senior executive will look after existing accounts, plan and execute strategic expansions as well as spearhead activities to acquire new business in the industry.Main responsibilitiesRetaining and expanding existing accounts through up-sell and cross-sell the Kahoot! at Work suite.Build and execute a plan for taking our top global brands to the next level through strategic account planning.Continually develop account plans for strategic customers to ensure they are retained and developed to reach and exceed business goals.Drive initiatives to build and maintain a strong pipeline that creates revenue quarter over quarter.Lead and manage a solution sales process from prospecting to closing the deals on global enterprise accounts.Liaise with multiple external touchpoints and C-level stakeholders to defining business objectives and use cases to drive high business outcome and progressing deals.Be the subject matter expert in presenting the value and drive the sales process of Kahoot! at Work suite.Work closely together with our Customer Success team, Customer Experience teams, Product teams and rest of the commercial teams defining business objectives and use cases to ensure high business outcomes for the customers and to ensure we reach our goals.Utilise HubSpot (CRM) to manage and record all account activity, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date quotations, account activities, opportunities, and leads.RequirementsProven track record of developing and drive B2B sales preferably from the SaaS industry.Significant track record in both experience and expertise towards creating, owning, driving and managing Enterprise processes with Kahoot! and Kahoot!-suite products that can be substantiated across 1 or more industries.5+ years experience in solution selling to stakeholder on different levels including c-level and build relationships with all key stakeholders.Strong business acumen and ability to be both strategic and hands-on with your account.Experience in working with global brands will be considered as an advantage.Fluent in English (verbal and written).Excellent sales and negotiation skills.Ambitious, self driven and energised by a performance, fast-paced and dynamic environment.Excellent at navigating in a highly changing and dynamic environment.This role is based in Austin, Texas and requires working in office 2-3 days a week.BenefitsA competitive compensation packageHealth, dental and vision insurance plans401k planPTO - 25 days annual PTO from start date in companyHybrid work set upFlexible workingBuddy programSocial and company events (virtual and in person)A diverse, friendly and international environmentPaid parental leaveBroadband and phone contributions
