The Senior Account Executive will be a foundational member to lead new revenue growth. You will partner with the leadership team to build out the go-to-market plan. Your focus will be on generating new deals and building strong, long-lasting relationships with companies. You will deep dive into your customer’s and prospect’s organizations, learning about business stakeholders, strategic objectives, and operating procedures to acquire new customers. You'll be tasked with identifying and closing enterprise deals across lending institutions, banks and FinTechs.What you'll do

Develop a strong understanding of Method products and markets: lending and personal finance market to better understand prospect’s needs.Identify potential customers and run a complex end-to-end sales process. Guide customers through every aspect of the procurement process (including information security and compliance) from initial contact to close.Work with senior leadership and marketing team to develop the long-term vision and strategy for growth, focusing on performance against key sales and growth metrics.Collaborate with and manage external resources such as product marketing, event support, etc. to develop sales presentations, collateral, and proposals.Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of prospective customers to ultimately drive revenue through transforming the technology that powers their lending and new customer experience processes.Who you are

5+ years experience with direct FinTech or B2B SaaS sales, with at least 2+ years early stage experience.Proven track record of consistently hitting/exceeding sales quotas.Strong written and verbal communication. Ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value points to customers, including executive leaders.Strategic negotiator with a talent for identifying and closing deals.Extra awesome

Successfully sold into financial institutions, banks, and/or other FinTechs.Prior experience forecasting and managing revenue in a high growth/startup environment.Benefits
