Our client, based in the Lake Forest area, is looking for an
Assistant Controller
. Compensation will be DOE but in the range of $125,000 to $150,000 and good benefits. Position is ONSITE.
Requirements:
Construction or Engineering related industry.Knowledge of prevailing wage and certified payroll.Job Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for month end close, journal entries, reconciliation of BS accounts, bank account reconciliation.Responsible for weekly payroll, prevailing wage reporting, and certified payrolls. Reconciliations and compliance.Prepare minimal sales tax reporting.Maintain internal controls and interface with external auditors.Financial reporting, cash management.Assist CFO with various financial related activities.
