Lastly, we develop relationships based on kindness, compassion, empathy, and generosity.At PCRK Group, we are always looking for great talent and we want to talk to you if you are a person who thrives in an environment dedicated to making people feel their best.Responsibilities:Understand, believe in, and uphold PCRK Group and Massage Envy’s Mission, Vision and ValuesDevelop a thorough understanding of Massage Envy services and productsDevelop location managers that understand and can cultivate a culture of coaching, care, support and equity in all locations.Partner with the Operations Director to train new managers on soft skills, business acumen, and metrics to strive for professional developmentEnsure their home location and assigned territory is performing and has a laser focus in each functional area of the OKR (Net Active Member Gain, Service Hours, Guests, and Enhancements)Monitor staffing levels across all departments and locations to ensure all positions are staffed appropriately. Assist assigned locations with staffing needs, interviews, and hiring processCoach, develop, and retrain under performers in sales and service expectationsEnsure all locations are current on all licensure, training, and documentation in accordance with state/federal/franchisor/company regulationsParticipate in company and Regional Developer Conference Calls and weekly Operation Director callsContinuously train managers on soft skills, business acumen, and metrics to strive for professional development.Conduct location visits within assigned territory on a monthly basis, as defined by the organization, and as needed to drive successful resultsFacilitate the resolution of customer service issues with locations while successfully identifying and addressing systemic opportunities throughout their organizationPromote and implement new products, services, and initiativesBe responsible for home location’s payroll entry and inventory managementReview payroll, inventory, and applicable reports to audit for errors and address profitability related opportunitiesHost monthly Performance Coaching Plans with assigned locations and partner with location manager to address performance concerns and celebrate performance winsDon’t miss this opportunity to manage a team that is part of the #1 Massage/Skincare Provider in the industry!Qualifications:Estimated: 80% of the time in the home location and 20% on assigned territory responsibilitiesLocated in the Naperville area and can travel within the West LocationsAbility to travel (up to 20%)Strong analytical and communications skillsComprehensive understanding of Profit & Loss statementsExperience in a multi-unit leadership role (Spa/Sale management preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPointStrong communication and people skillsBenefits:Compensation that includes base salary, generous commissions, and bonus opportunitiesExcellent Medical PlansDental & Vision InsurancePaid Time OffComprehensive 401k package40% discount on productsEmployee Referral BonusesFree massage/skincare services monthlySalary based on experienceIf you're ready to lead the charge to help people feel their best, we can’t wait to meet you!Locations:
