Understand, believe in, and uphold PCRK Group and Massage Envy’s Mission, Vision and ValuesEnsure their location is performing and has a laser focus in each functional area of the OKR (Net Active Member Gain, Service Hours, Guests, and Enhancements)Monitor staffing levels across all departments to ensure all positions are staffed appropriately.Coach, develop, and retrain underperformers in sales and service expectationsEnsure all licensure, training, and documentation in accordance with state/federal/franchisor/company regulations are currentParticipate in company and Regional Developer Conference Calls and weekly Operation Director callsContinuously train team on soft skills, business acumen, and metrics to strive for professional development.Facilitate the resolution of customer service issues while successfully identifying and addressing systemic opportunities throughout their organizationPromote and implement new products, services, and initiativesResponsible for location’s payroll entry and inventory managementReview payroll, inventory, and applicable reports to audit for errors and address profitability related opportunitiesHost monthly Performance Coaching Plans and partner with Operations Director to address performance concerns and celebrate performance wins.Minimum Qualifications:
Have strong analytical, leadership, and communication skillsComprehensive understanding of Profit & Loss statementsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPointStrong communication and people skillsCompensation and Benefits:

$50,000 - $60,000 Annually DOE + Quarterly bonus potential*ME SPE Franchising, LLC (“ME SPE”) is a national franchisor of independently owned and operated franchised locations. The franchisee for each individual franchised location, not ME SPE, Massage Envy Franchising, LLC (“MEF”), or any of their affiliates, is the sole employer for all positions posted for a location, and each franchisee is not acting as an agent for ME SPE, MEF, or any of their affiliates. Hiring criteria, benefits and compensation are set by each franchisee and vary by location.
