In addition to honors such as being listed #185 on the 2021 Fortune 500, Cognizant was again named on Fortune’s List of the Global Most Admired Companies for 2022.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Senior Director – Sales Enablement AIABasic Qualifications:ObjectiveSupport the AIA go to market strategy by enabling the practice team with the training, sales content and market credentials to support sales and client growthBasic Qualifications:Ability to drive/facilitate programs that educate on industry best practices and AIA offerings and services across the AIA practice, and Cognizant.Proven ability to plan and execute internal knowledge sharing, training and enablement programs.Strong experience building relationships and coordination across a broad range of functions.In depth understanding of the analyst landscape and strong relationships across major firms.Experience working with analysts on thought leadership/industry POVs, sales enablement, research and analysis, and partnering to identify business opportunities.Ability to work with a range of teams/stakeholders to generate high quality sales content, thought leadership and enablement materialsProven experience managing content across internal and externally facing platforms and using data to refine/improve adoption of content.Solid understanding of data management, analytics, and AI subject matter areas across multiple industries.Ability to build relationships and collaborate across all levels, including C-Suite.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or equivalentMBA or master’s degree from a top-ranked institution.Knowledge in data modernization, Cloud, data migration and digital transformation
