Minimum of 6+ years of patent litigation experienceOpen to learning and handling trademark litigation casesExperience in ANDA litigation is a plusStrong litigation experience throughout the case lifecycle, including:
Pre-trial analysisDiscovery matters/disputesTaking and defending depositionsWorking with experts and their reportsCourt hearings and trial
Excellent academic credentials and referencesEducation:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolEducational background in biology, chemistry, chemical engineering, or life sciences preferredCertifications:
Admission to the Bar in Washington, DC, or eligibility to waive inSkills:
