Responsibilities
Design and architect software for advanced robotics systems that have the ability to change our relationship with food.Design and implement automated diagnostics for robot components to support reliable robot operation, field service repairs, and manufacturing.Support failure analysis and troubleshooting across multifunctional engineering teams.Write software to interface with hardware projects with multiple processes and modules interaction.Create highly reliable, maintainable, and testable code.Complete root cause failure analysis of robot failures.What You Will Need
B.S./M.S. in Computer Science, EE, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.Background (experience, portfolio, side projects, coursework) in writing software for robotics hardware.4+ years experience writing production quality C++ in low resource or high-performance environments.Ability to work onsite in El Segundo office in Los Angeles.Our software developers practice clean and scalable code, which includes software development practices (unit testing, CI/CD, version control, code reviews), shared codebase, and clear documentation.
