This individual will engage with senior leaders and their teams to inspect the business's financials and make concrete investment decisions. You will maintain and enhance expense models to help the business forecast spend, solving for short-term needs and understanding the impact of decisions into future years.What you will do:You are a valued Finance Partner to key senior business leaders within the CPG organization that will work alongside the team and develop a deep understanding of their business initiatives and priorities.You are an excellent communicator who can put together insightful presentations to senior level executives, telling the story of business performance using high impact visuals with compelling insights.Partner with cross-functional teams across Corp Finance, Accounting, Offshore Shared Services team, and business partners to drive the right financial outcomes and support business goals.Help influence business partner decisions and be capable of having the tough conversations needed to be the voice of reason and drive beneficial outcomes for the business.Partner with the business team to support business justifications for investment decisions and Return on Investment analysis. Form your own perspective and opinions on long term impacts to the business by diving into model drivers and key quantitative/qualitative aspects.Support investment allocation processes and have a clear understanding and point of view to influence where investments should be made.Be independently responsible for all the financial planning process for your teams.Be passionate about driving automation and making an impact to simplify processes, and reducing time to delivery.What you need to succeed:Ability to evaluate and assess key business and financial indicators and deliver actionable results.Excellent at being able to take large data volumes and present it to Sr Leaders in a concise and impactful way with clear storylines and takeaways.Deeply curious about the business and not afraid to ask the vital questions necessary to problem solve complex challenges through resolution.Able to navigate in a fluid environment that changes as the business evolves.Execution driven with ability to apply sound logic, think objectively, and work independently to deliver end goal results.Mastery in Excel, and experience in Power BI, Tableau, and Anaplan are preferred.Minimum 6+ years of Finance or related experience required.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $89,000 -- $194,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
