About the Role

The Partner Services Administrative Assistant is an integral part of Latham’s Partner Services team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support for the activities and processes of the firm’s Partner Services department, while maintaining and organizing files, including emails and correspondence with partners and other departments. This role will be located in our Global Services Office in Los Angeles. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Other key responsibilities include:

Assisting in the delivery of new partner materials, and ensuring accurate record keeping and document management

Maintaining appropriate inventory systems in the department’s databases to track and collect partner forms and data

Assisting in maintaining updated slide decks for presentations to partners

Assisting with monitoring the Partner Services inbox and tracking incoming requests, and interpreting and effectively conveying instructions to various individuals and/or departments

Processing payments and expense reimbursements

We’d love to hear from you if you:

Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills to manage time, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple deadlines

Possess strong attention to detail

Display excellent communication skills, both written and oral

And have:

A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent

A minimum of one (1) year of administrative or professional office experience, preferably

Pay Range

USD $60,000.00 - USD $70,000.00 /Yr.
