In this role, you hold a front-line position creating and building relationships and representing Scosche. Goals will include pitching relevant products and ensuring that our existing and new customers have a positive experience from start to finish.Job Responsibilities:Ensure that all existing Scosche customers are contacted on a routine basis (minimum of twice a month) and customer relationships are maintained, and accurate notes are recorded for each customer in “Salesforce.”Participate in new business development activities as required.Interact and assist all Scosche Rep Firms, to maximize their sales.Accurately qualify dealers before selling to set them up on a dealer program.Answer and handle incoming customer/sales calls, even if they are not in territory.Send requested literature packs and samples (where appropriate) to prospective customers.Follow an order from the initial sale to delivery and take care of back orders and return authorizations.Attend tradeshows and work booth as needed.Requirements:Add new records or update existing records in “Salesforce” and QAD with all appropriate information.Maintain customer record in Salesforce with all correspondence and sales orders.Ensure that all new customers and existing customers have all the required Scosche information, including catalogs, price lists, current promotions, and other information.Secure written approval for freight allowances, airfreight, Fed Ex shipments and free goods directly from supervisor.Required Skills & Qualities:Sales ForceStrong communication skills.Adaptability to changing scenarios.A knack for building relationships and understanding customer needs.Computer literate: Google, ERP (QAD), others as needed.Scosche’s competitive compensation and flexible health and benefits programs meet the ever-changing and challenging needs of today's workforce.
