Latitude is seeking a NJ-based Estate Planning & Elder Care Attorney to join a boutique law firm located in Cherry Hill, NJ. Interested candidates should have around 2-3 years of estate planning and/or elder care law experience. Excellent academic credentials, transactional writing, and client counseling skills are a must. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing in New Jersey; Pennsylvania is a plus. This is an in-person position with no billable hour requirements.

Compensation
Pay: The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.Benefits: In addition to pay, a competitive benefits package is also provided, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) and generous leave policies.
