Latitude is seeking a RI-based Trusts & Estates Attorney to join a T&E powerhouse firm located in Providence, RI. Interested candidates should have at least 3-5 years of experience in trust and estate planning work. Excellent academic credentials, transactional writing and client counseling skills are a must. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing in Rhode Island; Massachusetts and/or Florida are a plus. This is an in-person position; a hybrid schedule would be considered for those with significantly more experience.

Compensation
Pay: The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 or higher if significant experience in the specific area of law. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.Benefits: In addition to pay, a competitive benefits package is also provided, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) and generous leave policies.
