Your ability to foster a strong team culture and implement lean manufacturing principles will be crucial to the success of this position.Responsibilities:Oversee all plant operations, including production, quality, safety, and cost management.Analyze financial performance, identify cost reduction opportunities, and develop budgets.Build and develop a high-performing leadership team.Maintain strong customer relationships and drive continuous improvement.Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve plant objectives.Ensure adherence to all regulatory and company policies.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably in the automotive industry.Proven track record in driving operational excellence and achieving key performance indicators.Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.Experience with lean manufacturing principles (TPS) and continuous improvement methodologies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
