As the Marketing Director, you’ll lead a team of talented professionals and oversee all aspects of marketing for MFT, from strategic planning and brand management to digital marketing, sales enablement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. In this role, you’ll leverage your industry knowledge to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

This role is subject to our hybrid work model: we collaborate in the office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. The rest of the week, you have flexibility to work wherever it suits you best.What You’ll DoStrategic Brand Leadership and Innovation:Drive strategic marketing initiatives and campaigns for our House of Brands across various channels including digital, print, events.

Lead the development of annual marketing plan process to translate business goals into market objectives, plans and deliverables.

Balance the unique strengths of our brands with a unified company message.

Craft and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches.

Trade Shows and Brand Experience:Design, create, and execute trade shows that effectively deliver our brand and product messages to customers.

Identify important trade shows and ensure impactful booth design and representation delivering short term results and long term branding impact.

Engage Third-Party Marketing Agencies:Collaborate with external agencies to develop innovative and creative design campaigns.

Ensure campaigns resonate with our target audience(s) and align with business objectives.

Global Collaboration:Coordinate with other regions across the globe to align marketing strategies with cohesive brand messaging.

Foster cross-functional collaboration for consistent brand messaging.

Data-Driven Decision Making:Leverage analytics to measure marketing effectiveness and identify growth opportunities.

Use data insights to drive strategic decisions and optimize marketing efforts.

Budget Management and ROI Evaluation:Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

Monitor expenses and evaluate the ROI of marketing initiatives.

Industry Trends and Competitive Landscape:Stay ahead of industry trends and maintain a keen awareness of the competitive landscape.

Conduct thorough market research alongside Product Management/Insights to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.

Skills/Experience We’re Looking ForExpertise in digital marketing channels and tools

Experience with market research and competitive analysis

Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems

Strong leadership and team management skills

Required QualificationsBachelor's or Master’s in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

10 years of B2B Marketing experience

5 years of progressive experience and proven success leading Marketing teams
