As the Senior Director of Human Resources, Americas, you will be a key strategic partner to the President and Senior Leadership Team, responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with business goals across the U.S. and Mexico. You will drive talent management and organizational development initiatives that support growth, cultural transformation, and operational excellence. This role reports directly to the Company President and is integral to our leadership team, contributing to business strategy and organizational effectiveness.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute HR strategies that support talent management, workforce planning, and leadership development, aligning with overall business goals.
Collaborate with the President of the Americas and the Senior Leadership Team to leverage HR insights that drive business growth, optimize operational efficiency, and foster a high-performance culture.
Lead and develop HR teams in Carol Stream, IL, and Reynosa, MX, supporting our 1,500 employees, ensuring consistency and excellence in HR practices across the U.S. and Mexico.
Shape organizational development initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development.
Champion a culture of inclusion and belonging to drive employee engagement and improve retention.
Ensure compliance with labor laws in both the U.S. and Mexico, mitigating risks and upholding company standards.
Leverage HR data and analytics to drive business decisions and optimize workforce strategies.
Partner with group leadership and cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with regional and global business goals in a matrix environment.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring HR functions evolve to meet changing business needs.

Skills/Experience We’re Looking For
Strong experience in HR leadership across multiple locations, particularly in the U.S. and Mexico.
Expertise in strategic workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning.
Proven strategic thinker with the ability to influence senior leadership and drive HR strategies that align with and impact business objectives.
Knowledge of labor laws in both the U.S. and Mexico.
Proficiency in using HR metrics and analytics to drive decisions.
Proven success in building and leading high-performing teams.
Ability to interface effectively with business leaders to reach consensus and deliver results.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
10-15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Cross-border HR management experience in both the U.S. and Mexico.
Proven business acumen with a track record of driving HR strategies that deliver measurable business results.
Demonstrates vision, courage, and decisiveness in leadership to enhance organizational effectiveness.
