Supply Chain Manager

Managing the regional (MEA) logistics and supply chain team and operation (Import/Export).Managing the day-to-day asset utilization across the region, as well as establishing/maintaining asset & inventory related performance & productivity metrics, and cost management processes.Monitor, maintain and track, assets, Inventory, and deliverables to ensure operations run effectively.Managing all DBS Assets and Inventory in the region including Cycle and Physical counts.Managing and coordinating all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies.Maintain continuous focus on keeping a healthy balance of Working Capital.Managing and processing Third Party rental and sales equipment within delivery timelines.Build and maintain good working relationships with Intercompany BUs, vendors, and 3rd Parties.Managing all regional Repair & Returns including RGAs and RMAs.Overseeing the warehouse operations and operators in MEA locations.Collate project status reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends.Drive local supply chain service delivery process to improve performance and team effectiveness.Training and facilitating training needs for the regional teams with, but not limited to; ERP Systems, JDE, TAT, ePMS and Logistics processes.Teamwork oriented with good leadership skills.
