Our Power Services group has a need for a Managing Director of Infrastructure to join their team. In this role, you will lead and develop staff in the Power Services group by managing all aspects of transmission line projects.What you will doManage project timelines, budget, and invoicing.Effectively communicate project information to clients, regulators, and key stakeholders.Develop relationships with clients and become a trusted advisor.Write and negotiate proposals with clients.Assist with business development efforts.Manage all aspects of personnel: hiring, professional development, reviews, evaluations, etc.Provide strategic vision to the team, identify tactics to execute effectively and quickly in changing circumstances, and provide motivation for the leadership team and employees during exciting and challenging times.Responsible for the review and sealing of infrastructure projects and supervising the work of other engineers.Cultivate an innovative culture within the department, support efforts across other departments, and drive innovation in products and processes.Ensure leadership and key subject matter expert succession plans are in place and be proactive by coaching and mentoring key talent to assume increased responsibilities.Perform other duties as required.Who you areYou are a team player with a professional demeanor focused on performing a variety of support functions. As a self-starter, you have excellent time and task management skills.
