Collaborate with lead attorneys throughout the litigation process, including case evaluation, discovery, depositions, motion writing, and trial preparation.Conduct rapid response investigations following catastrophic losses.Evaluate cases and provide insightful reporting.Demonstrate proficiency in taking and defending depositions, as well as answering discovery.Exhibit strong research and writing skills.Maintain familiarity with California employment law.Adhere to carrier billing and reporting guidelines.Requirements:
2-8 years of relevant experience in litigation.Licensed to practice law in California.Proficient in deposition taking, defending, discovery answering, and motion writing.Familiarity with California employment law is advantageous.Excellent research and writing abilities.Education and Certifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Active membership in the California State Bar.Skills:
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Proficiency in legal research tools and software.Benefits Offered:
