The

Treasury Analyst

is responsible for application of cash receipts as well as processing disbursements generated by Accounts Payable and Payroll. Assists with various treasury review and analysis.Essential Job Functions/Tasks:Liaises with banks on service-related needs.Administers online banking platform updates to global user access.Processes and deposits all Cash and Checks for multiple companies that are sent to the corporate office.Develop new reports to provide management with the information required to make business decisions or to better analyze the operations.Plays an essential role in the month-end and quarter-end close processes including preparing and reviewing journal entries and supporting reconciliations.Provides back up support to the Treasury Analysts and the Treasury Manager.Assists with the monthly Cash Forecasting process and daily update of the Cash Forecast Actuals.Maintains all interest schedules related to current outstanding debt/financing.Partners with the Accounts Payable department to processes biweekly check runs. Initiates international and domestic wires and intercompany cash transfers.Analyzes and reconciles customer accounts. Provides recommendations on the best way to clean up the accounts.Prepares schedules for the annual audit and provides information for yearly financial audit as needed.Responsible for continuous improvement of the treasury operation process, including system optimization and process automation.Assists with developing and maintaining Cash Management best practices.Participates in special projects as requested.Education/Training Required and Preferred:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.Experience Required and Preferred:Minimum 3 years of work experience in treasury/cash management or banking field preferred.What You Bring:Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Proficient in use of computers with strong knowledge of computerized spreadsheets and reporting tools.Requires excellent problem‐solving, analytical, and organizational skills.Requires ability to self‐initiate activities and to work within timelines.Must have effective leadership and interpersonal skills to coordinate efforts and work with other departments.Requires ability to set goals and objectives and to set and meet timelines to achieve goals and objectives.Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing organizational needs.What We Offer:Amazing corporate culture - we walk the walk when it comes to our values!Beautiful 20 acre park-like campus with creek and walking trails.On-site wellness center with personal training, fitness classes, and massage.FUN company events!Company Donation Matching and Volunteer Rewards.Career Development opportunities and profit sharing bonus.Hunter is a global leader in the irrigation, outdoor lighting, dispensing technology, and custom manufacturing industries. The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Compensation offered to the successful candidate will be determined by qualifications, prior experience, other job-related factors, and geographic location.
