Insurance Coverage/Commercial Litigation – Associate/Partner– Dynamic Chicag

About the Position:Our client, a Chicago boutique litigation firm founded by a former large law firm partner, has an immediate need for a litigator with insurance coverage and commercial litigation experience to join as an associate or partner (depending on level of experience). This practice handles litigation of high stakes suits involving insurance coverage and errors and omissions, and the person in this role will work on a range of commercial cases as well as insurance coverage matters.Highlights:· Collegial, boutique law firm started by a former large law firm partner· Opportunity for a busy and sophisticated hands-on practice· Firm represents clients nationally on a broad range of sophisticated litigationResponsibilities:· Work closely on all aspects of litigation, from pre-trial discovery through trial· Prepare pleadings, briefs and other litigation documents· Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations as neededRequired Qualifications:· 5 or more years of commercial litigation experience; insurance coverage experience preferred· Desire for a busy and sophisticated boutique litigation practice, with a mix of both insurance coverage and commercial matters· Excellent academic credentialsLocation:Chicago, IL (Hybrid)Position Type
